DEFINITIONS & SCOPE
Transaction count is the total number of verified purchase transactions under each merchant's descriptor during the window, covering fuel and in-store purchases, all channels. Growth is the percentage change in each merchant's transaction count versus the prior week.
RESOLUTION METHOD
The merchant with the highest week-over-week transaction count growth rate wins. Resolution requires a minimum of 10,000 qualifying transactions per merchant. In the event of a tie, all positions are refunded in full.
