DEFINITIONS & SCOPE
Consumer spending is total verified consumer dollars across all merchants by panel cardholders residing in each state. Growth is the percentage change in each state's total spending versus the prior week.
RESOLUTION METHOD
The state with the higher week-over-week spending growth rate wins. Resolution requires a minimum of 10,000 qualifying transactions per side. In the event of a tie, all positions are refunded in full.
